Looking at this vid now, I think the main prob was I started steaming with the nozzle above the surface, so it blew big milkshake bubbles in. Now I start with the nozzle under the surface while I turn steam on and once steam pressure is full on, I carefully lower steam tip so it is just on or slightly below surface, but so pressure of steam pushes a hollow underneath wand so hole in steam tip gets just slightly exposed above surface with a "shush, shush" sound: my partner protesting the noise!

Your hand looks nice, however it's a little dry (winter time?)... I advise using a moisturizer cream.
The milk? no actually I couldn't see that.
