I agree Dragon Age II felt like anything you did, did not matter anyway it focused on being too flashy instead of in more depth with the story. At the final battle of origins i had chills with Alistair's speech when we stormed the gate, and it felt so awesome at the end when i saw him be king. Whenever i played this game i felt the emotions through my body. DA 2 was good in its own right but it does not belong with origins. This music is enough to kill DA;2

When they made neverwinter nights, the sequal to baldurs gate, icewind dale i was ecstatic about the lore, the gameplay and how they are able to make such customizations, to alter the stories and the outcome of the story dependant on what choices -you- make. Dragon Age took a turn to a much higher level, and the limits was close to none. However Dragon age 2 was honestly disrespected by EA, and should DA3 be somewhat the same- Then they lost a loyal customer who's been there for years.

The first time I played DA:O I hated it. It just didin't cut it, the graphics annoyed me. Ironically after playing DA2 which I throughly enjoyed I decided to play origins again. Loved it! Even though the graphics and to some extent the gameplay still ***** me off I really loved the story and it kept me playing for 3 days straight. Great game.

The problems with DA II are: it feels repetitive, not much variety when it comes to locations, not being able to play as other races(like elf or dwarf nor even a Qunari, that would have been awesome) and it didn't feel like a sequel at all, more like a side story. DA II would have been better like a DLC, but not a sequel. What do you think?

@lurgiPiech I kinda agree with you, however I found DA II exciting and fun. It had some elements that DAO lacked(DA II has better combat, your characters really has a voice etc.), however DA II doesn't even feel like a continuation, more like a DLC. That disappointed me. If BioWare gave a little more variety of locations and the oportunity to play as other races like in DAO, especially the Qunari, DA II would have been a better game. Speaking of Qunari, I like how they made the Qunari look.
