  • Great tunes for a 67 year old guy. Fantastic

  • personne ne peut égaler le KING du reggea!!!!

  • THIS IS THE FUCKIN SONG

  • man the audience all seem like they dont even know who it is let alone like the know the song

if that was me id be going crazy for one of the best songs ive heard but they all just standing there with their thumbs up their ass

  • The version he did on SNL was sooo good, Jack Johnson on a steel guitar with a monster solo. pure class!

  • Saw Toots 2 years ago.........He still brings it.........If you do it right you are wore out pretty good after a Toots show.

  • Sadly the slightly tacky synth horn spoiled this for me, but hell it's Toots and it's Pressure drop, so that still put's it streets ahead of anything else.

  • oh yeah

  • It's you oh yeah!!!! Pressure gonna drop on you!! Too good for this planet Toots! Better than bob marley himself!!! :) Keep going strong brother

    Peace

  • Going to see them in vancouver in july. Can't wait! i'll be bouncing to this alright!

  • @kmburss Damn you! i am so envy of you, these people are legends and i would like so much to see them :D Listen for me aswell ^^

  • @mastergrass157 a ska/bluebeat/reggae skinhead classic, it was covered very famously by the Clash which probably shot it to fame once more, and later by The Specials during the Ska Revival/Twotone era. The Maytals mention on Punky Reggae PArty by Bob MArley (along with The Damned The Jam The Clash) did them no end of good

  • @mastergrass157 Robert Palmer made the song ? Oh please do your homework. The song was written by Toots - Palmer presumably knew of it through his involvement with Reggae music via Island Records, and the amount of time he spent in Funky Nassau. Not that I'd knock him.

The song was played extensively (the Toots version) in the late 70's by John Peel on the UK's Radio 1 - it was originally popular amongst skinheads in the early 70's

  • Robert Palmer made the song but Toots made you dance!!

  • Its is yoooooooou!

  • This is my new favorite performance of this song. Good sound quality too.
