• why isnt there music like this anymore? Ya know, when people sang, and sang about love. real love. not just trying to get in some whores pants while money rains on you ( dont get me wrong im a wezzy fan) but this is better then anything anyone from today can right.

  • @FarSightGaming Because artists these days have lost they're touch. Well most of em.

  • @FarSightGaming its "but this is better THAN anything anyone from today can WRITE." I'm sure you tried to pay attention while writing that but attention was busy paying me :)

  • It's a song from one of your favorite movies. happy 24th dollface. now press play.

  • this music make me hate the music in this century they all annoying

  • what the fuck is wrong with you.... this music is what started tdays music... i bet all you listen to is stupid kareoke shit like kanye west and jason derulo... they are big computer fuck ups !!!

  • @utimo1122 indeed..totally agree with you

  • We were watching "Sabrina" in class today and this song has been hopelessly stuck in my head ever since. I'm not complaining though, it's a beautiful song ♥

  • is this song his or richard clayderman?

  • richard clayderman?? lol

  • @98cubano it's actually originally made by Edith Piaff, a frfench woman (thus the french name) but as you'll notice, backk then it was nearly expected that if one song became verry popular that every other jazz/blues/swing singer out there worth his salt would sing his or her own rendition of it.

back then it wasn't who did it first but who did it best.

  • @badflamer So copy righting didnt matter?....

  • @1h2r not quite in that sense. Rather not everyone was such a tightass about it. And think about it, back then you didn't have the world-wide popularity and media that we have now, so if another singer sang your tune it would A give him material to show off his talent and B give your song more publicity, it was win/win. I imagine there was probably SOME process needed to go through but nothing too complicated. I figure as long as you didn't try and say that the song was your creation you were ok

  • @badflamer how about ur input on race applying?...like in umm...The Dream Girls movie...the black guy wrote cadillac car...then...some white guy rewrote it or sung it his own way...So the white guys version i guess did better.....but thats not fair..

  • @1h2r well people are just as bias now. Why do you think it's so hard for anyone not caucasian or afro-american to become famous in the USA? and muslims? god, the day you'll see Disney give a recording deal to a young muslim songstress is the day Armageddon will hit.

the fact that a great man like louis armstrong is still remembered as one of the greatest voices of all time is proof that back then you had even more chances of making it big a long as you had real talent and real soul.

  • @badflamer cool dude...glad uknow so much bout this stuff...thx.!!...if i have an other questions bout music ill hit u up

  • @1h2r lol no prob. but honestly it's not like i'm a music buff or anything. it's mostly just general knowledge that i've picked up here and there.

but if you do have any other questions i'll be glad to help you out as much as i can ^^.
