Well, apparently Ms. Cheh's constituents know who she is, otherwise they wouldn't have voted her into office. I doubt that a majority of the black community stands behind this lady's race-baiting comments towards the councilwoman.

Mary Cheh was a professor of mine. She's a great lady -- supersmart, practical, tough, caring, warm, funny, etc, etc, etc.

I guess only blacks can make decisions regarding public administration when the areas are predominately black. How about when the areas are predominately white? Are blacks then not qualified to make decisions regarding public policy because the vast majority of constituents are white? It won't that way though will it?
