  • going to close my google accounts now

  • Well ACTA will do the same, just with every word you type on every website, anywhere in the world.

  • They can invate my internet privacy??? JESUS i need to call my lawyer!!!

  • It's funny how the guy in the sweatshirt actually knows what he's talking about while the main guy just looks more and more stupid.

  • this is freaky. just watch, pretty soon they'll be selling information about you to the government/a stalker. does anyone realize exactly how much information is totally on record now, and probably will be for years and years?

  • this is like internet rape...

  • ACTA

  • uhh... think ill just switch to BIng

  • Ugh...it's funny because I really do have keyloggers on my computer....

  • try bing, or duckduckgo

  • well anytime i buy a product or window shop online, that product is advertised on almost every website i visit anyway. Including hotmail. so the features addressed in this video are nothing new

  • privacy on the internet is an illusion.

  • GEZZ DUDE WHEN THE POLICE STATE COMES CALLING YALL WILL BE THE 1ST TO DROP YOUR DRAWS AND BEND OVER !.....WTF MAKES YALL SOO BRAIN DEAD TO WHATS COMMING ?!....AND THE CRAZY TRAIN ROLLS ON

  • Bing FTW!!!

  • well google has to suffer by watching my porn serches

  • i've asked google questions and my questions sometimes pop up on google when searching for things. also on certain websites, i'll enter a word into the search browser and when i go to another website and do the same thing, it saves it. I have a bunch of search words saved up from various searches.

  • thank geniuses for bing!

  • deleted my google history, mvoed my homepage to bing

  • Quote of the day,,, "That uhh does not interest me in any way shape or form" yea buddy you bet it doesn't this policy is designed to destroy lives 1 example of millions is you check out some X rated sites then your better half goes on to YouTube and see advertisements for local strip clubs. This policy makes everything you do on the internet public for everyone!..... There is a reason Wye it is called the world wide WEB

  • lol, i can see your eyes reading the prompter. I enjoyed your show, ill subscribe

  • Big brother 2012

  • what are the advertisers!?!

  • so if i look up alot of porn youtube will show it?

  • @nooloo3000 no but it will show you realdoll[]com ads

  • like being stalked 24/7

  • I guess there is one advantage to be part of the 99%.

  • Google sucks so what can you expect--- whatever comes from this will suck!

  • I don't want my porn advertised on my YouTube, since AdBlock Plus is pretty hit-or-miss on Google Chrome.

  • what about you david? you use google to search kiddy porn.. whats gonna happened to you david.

  • Nwo is coming guys its inevitable.

  • All Google information has been cleared and my Gmail shut down. Home page and search engine has been changed from Google to another. Non-Internet Email is now used for YouTube. Google, you have wiped.

  • We will wait to see what occurs. Google has become an aid. Will they change their support for MNC's as opposed to the people? Time will tell.

“We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us.”

  • It's coming...privacy=gone!

  • The actual REAL concern should be...who ELSE is privy to this info. ...'tell if you're running late for a meeting based on your location and traffic that day? REALLY?! Hmmm...

  • If you don't want to be tracked don't do searches and browse the web while logged in. Delete your cookies. It's not that hard.

  • @Riebezagel you will get tracked regardless. You can log-out but they'll still keep the queries you search for by matching IP, phone identifiers, and other data mining technologies they use.

  • @setsallset Nope, ip tracking doesn't make sense in my case since it's dynamic. Meaning I get a different Ip everytime I connect to the internet. And I don't use my phone for surfing the net. Sure they can aggregate queries and sites visited but they can't track it back to me, if I keep to the rules I stated earlier.

  • @Riebezagel Don't be naiive. With enough time, they can track anything back to you and using ad-block plus or dynamic ip won't be enough. BTW, using ABP will only block ads. They still have the info to match your search queries with advertisers. Maybe you don't use your phone to surf the web but many people do and anonymous technologies are not as advanced on smart phones. Plus, if/when you start using your phone, they can track your location via GPS. Turn it off? Cell towers triangulation.

  • @setsallset I'm certainly not naive. I don't use ad-block (what gave you that idea?). Ip tracking doesn't make sense in my case since I get a different address every time. Without info from my provider they're helpless. I say it again, with cookies deleted (which implies not logged in) queries can't be traced back to my account. They can, however, link it to an anonymous account. If you still disagree, elaborate.

  • @Riebezagel You are watching this video on a youtube account. Every video you watch with this account is linked to your google account. You are taking steps to protect your privacy which is good but to say dynamic IP is enough is naive. Every video you liked, comment on, or favorite is saved. You have a view history. You may notice that you can clear it but this history is still saved on Google's servers. If you make any money with google(adsense) you are not anonymous.

  • @setsallset That is correct. What I mean is I can choose to be tracked. That's why I said, surfing while being logged out and cookies deleted. And your right about me, except I'm not exactly a Ron Paul supporter. So let's slap it high only twice ;)

  • @Riebezagel shame on the Ron Paul thing. watch?v=cNgUj1xraaQ @ 17:53 . He is the most secular candidate we have. And the right to privacy is a constitutional right. I'm sure you know Dr. Paul is an avid supporter of that. :)

  • @setsallset It's true in terms of religion in politics and preventing government intrusion in my private life he's the best option. But his libertarian beliefs are a no go for me.

  • @setsallset See, this is the kind of thing that gets me about all this tracking and targeting.

I watch a Ron Paul video, therefore I am a Ron Paul supporter. I watch T.J.'s videos, therefore I am an atheist. I may or may not be either, but Google would assume I am.

In addition, I thumb down a stupid video, but I still get recommendations of other similarly stupid videos.

On some levels, it's just plain silly. On others, it can be quite concerning.

  • @genericusername5370 I think Google would use one of their algorithms to gauge whether you watch a video because you like it or just interested. If we were to go by a video-by-video basis, yes, it can be silly. But when Google has info on the thousands of videos you view, it can be concerning, even scary. I used to see lot of "Atheist Riddle" ads and that bugged the hell out of me. Imagine all the videos you want no one to know you watch. Privacy is a big issue and this new policy is BAD.

  • @Riebezagel also, if I were to quickly extrapolate some of your activity, I'd say you are a Ron Paul supporter(Hi five), a Linux user(double), and an Atheist(triple). That's just what I got from your profile. Imagine what type of data Google has. I'd imaging pages and pages.

  • david that sounds more like your screen name then password

  • what i look up isnt even usually for me so i dont care and what about other people using the same computer and anything i do online i already asume that everybody can somehow find the info and ha bisky upload

  • I sometimes use google for a spell check, so a great many of my snooped-on searches have very little to do with anything of note.

  • They already track everything!

  • ad-block plus FTW!!!!

  • As long as there's an X in the ad or the ability to mute the ad, I don't care. GOOGLE has become so big, it's due to implode soon anyway and will be replaced with something else.

  • So is this decade where we lose all our civil liberties and rights to privacy?

  • Comment removed

  • People with android phones have already lost all of their privacy......time for some new engine to step up.

  • does this mean they will start telling companies or websites about my personal information?

  • I don't really care about this. Google does a terrible time targeting ads to me anyway. For example I'm an atheist that looks at resources concerning religion. All my ads are for Chrisitan and Muslim dating websites or bible colleges. Whatever information google has on me has to be terribly inaccurate. When the ads suddenly start selling me stuff I actually want I'll be concerned, until then they are great for laughs.

  • does they that mean they can tell people about my personal information??

  • This show reminds me of the Space Ghost Coast to Coast show. XD

    David= Space Ghost

Guy in light brown sweatshirt= Zorak (the green guy)

  • @yearofthe & Natan= Moltar. even though he wasnt in this video

  • @fdub301 They need to do this. MidweekPolitics IF YOUR READING THIS, please make a video Space Ghost Coast to Coast style, just once. It will. Be. Kick. Ass.!

  • Yes, I don't want telemarketers to think that they know what I want or like on a given day.

  • I have had a google account for 4 years and google doesnt have anything on me.
