Next step is to include a pre-wash, add some overflow outlet to prevent spill over from heavy downpour.

Maybe a smaller 2" diameter pipe inside of the 4" with an added release valve .

I'm having to always leave the pipe drained when not in use to prevent mosquito capture or smelly sludge build up.
