The riff / melody is the same indeed, hard to say the lads ripped it off, that Erminio song is clearly a popular song based on the you tube viewings alone but it doesn't mean OCS has heard it?

What year was Erminio's song out btw? Tried a quick google but couldn't find any reference to it! Up on the downside is at the latest written 2001.

Also, I doubt OCS are stupid to blatently rip off music, I think they leave that kind of thing to Noel G ;D.
