Wow! a raffle draw for a franchise!? Joel Cruz is a millionaire which i shouldn't be surprise anymore..but 11 franchise is too much and that venue for a free concert is huge for it to be FREE....he must have at least spent millions and millions for this launching....but of course CHARICE is priceless that's why he didn't care too much about the money he spent....if anyone saw his house in "Rated K" episode..his ceiling are gold and also his bath tub....Hhaha!
