Devastator is avtually 9 constructicons. There is a yellow dump truck (like long haul, only longer) that helps rampage form. There is also a bulldozer (like rampage) that high tower picks up, wick explains why the left arm has fingers, because a crane has no such parts. When Hasbro was asked about this, they claimed that there were only 7 constructicons. So these constructicons have no name, and have been forgotten by Hasbro. However, there is a yellow repaint of longhaul named payload. Weird.
