The video is based off of Hiun City, which is real, but the poster clearly recreated it for the video. Look at the smooth textures, for one. The DS doesn't have the processing capability to produce smooth textures like that. In addition, the lighting effects are way too advanced. Third, and finally, the graphics aren't 100% perfect recreations. Even from the early videos and screenshots, they are still a bit different.

Nice effort, but just a little off.

It's fake, unless there's a cutscene, the player character is always in the center of the screen.

Also, the audio is taken from the only video we have of Black and White so far. You can even hear the countdown clock before the clip should start from 0:06 - 0:11.
