But see, it is a state run system. That is where such a system belongs, at the state level. Any of the other 49 states could run the same thing.  There is nothing in the constitution granting the federal government the right to install a healthcare system and to mandate it. Read amendment 10.

If the system in Mexico is so much better than the US system then why do people from Mexico run across the border into the US in droves? If the Mexican system were so much better than the US then the Mexicans would be building a fence to keep the illegal Americans from going into their country. Reality is, the US system is superior to the Mexican system in nearly every way. The Mexicans don't even have safe drinking water. You want to go get medical treatment there? Be my guest.

They lift the deficit ceiling just to spend more. Honestly, I am still waiting for my stimulus. If a republican or democrat that does not represent their constituent must be voted out.
