We can do it with existing technology but we need 5m cement walls - so tough luck, we have no rocket that can lift up all that weight... Moon orbiters can take photos down to the accuracy of less than a meter so we should have pretty clear photos of the landing gear left behind, the buggy car, etc. etc. Yet, if you see the recent US Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter photo of Apollo 11 landing....it is reminiscent of... 1960s obscure photos of the first landing...nothing much to see there.... utterly ridiculous...

Retroreflectors are placed robotically (Russians have theirs too), and moon rocks exist on earth too. Photos and videos were all fabricated, that is an evidence (astronauts being lifted by wires etc.) and so many moon orbiters have mapped the surface, still no real photo of any landing remains!
