This really does give you the atmospheric sense of a snowy paradise, far removed from the urbanscape that you hail from. It still retains that FFVII enchanting ambiance while still maintaining a purely unique track in the game. It's quite an effect. Like how in a world of misfortune and the stress of imminence, a child can still be distracted by the simply wonder of snow.

While I vastly prefer FFVI I must admit...

Not my fav soundtrack(that honor goes to Chrono Trigger), but my favorite sound type. FFVII has one of the most unique soundtrack sounds ever considering it was done on the same MIDI style the SNES was because they didn't want to prolong the game's release with orchestrated works. But with that sound on the PS1, no one else ever did that. As a result FFVII has a unique sound that no other game ever has and frankly I wish I could hear it more.

I've been extremely busy these past 2 days because as always, I've been waiting until the very end to buy presents for friends and family, a mistake I make every year. Anyways, this track's a classic. I really liked the snowy town with the warm glowing lights coming out of the houses.
