So here I am, on The New Year's Eve, (sorry for the horrible punctuation - English is my 2nd language) drinking some Southern European crap that stinks of fusel oils, browsing Youtube looking for the stuff I used to watch wa-a-a-a-ay back then. To my shame, I have forgotten how much fun Peter Jurasuk had with this character. "YOUR PILOTS NEED THEIR EYES EXEMINED!", "I'm prepared to give you [an explanation] AS SOON AS THE ROOM STOPS SPINNING!"...
lol i have all 5 series of Babylon 5 and i have watched every single episode at least 50 times. of the 50 times ive seen this episode it always makes me laugh. "THERE ARE MORE OF YOU THERE ARE MORE OF YOU!!!" hahahahaha
Londo versus A Bug! EPIC. Mister Morden would have dealt with the creature faster than station maintenance. That is, if Londo hadn't cut ties with him earlier in Season 3.
It's symbolic of Londo's past where he unwittingly caused his people to bludgeon and reconquer the Narns who were a pest to his people and it's also symbolic of his future where he destroys the Shadow base on his home planet and gets back at them for all that they've done to him and his people.
On a side note, I like the victorious roman sounding theme music when Londo "This will teach you to triffile with a Centari!".
It always amused me that Londo's quarters were filled with very-cheap looking tat like those gold goblets or that 'thing' on the wall. In this case though, it actually compliments the show - it's exactly the kind of thing you would find in a centauri's room!
Londo chasing that bug with a sword is an image that never fails to make me smile. Too bad the clip didn't include his later "I want to kill it before it develops language skills" line!
