@drumdude360 I won well over 50 duels straight in the beta. I think I only lost like 2-3 total. So yeah, I'm the shit. And by that, I mean I had an excessively overpowered build which required utterly no skill on my part. It had ridiculous passive health regen, as you can see.

I had an excessively overpowered build in the beta, which is why I won pretty much every duel. I think in the beta I got the title for winning 50 duels before I had even lost 5. It really wasn't due to any sort of skill though, just an overpowered combination of powers as far as I'm concerned.

@ThePartOfThePart New one just came out called Dungeon Fighter Online, which has sufficient quest elements and also decent pvp system. Probably won't get much better than that if you want to play both pve and pvp, plus it's free. You can even buy avatar items from players who spent real cash for them, so no need to ever pay. Only drawback is it's a 2D game so the classes don't let you choose gender, since they haven't completed animations for both genders on every class.

i know few good games. Perfect World International is great fun all around. you can check that out painlessly considering it's such a big game. next, Jade Dynasty looks like it has a lot of potenial. if your looking for a free WoW clone, Runes of Magic is perfect for that. Finally, Silkroad is really fun, its just difficult to get on a server 'cause they're so packed. But definitely check Champions out. it's a great buy with more than enough replay value to go around.

If your looking for the best pvp, there has never been an mmo that has captured skill based pvp like Ultima Online. If don't have great 3d graphics, however it never boring and pvp is a blast. Good Luck :)

Lol, this looks exactly like City of Heroes, the combat is clearly no different to that of CoH, in that it takes no skill at all to play. It's all based on your level and whether or not you spam the right powers/attacks at the right times. Theres no way to dodge incoming projectiles. Total carebear MMO, just like WoW. facts about CO:

*Fun because you can choose your powers, and pick the color of your powers.

*Phasing, like used in WotLK, helps make you're character involved in the lore

*Movie scenes as you complete main lore quests

*Not Enough Content, everybody does same quest, and the map is not a world map like in WoW, it is a load-and-zone map.

*Leveling is hard, unless you pick certain powers, decouraging you from making the superhero you dream of making.

*New patches often, new content every month or 2.

you pick a main element type of power, or you can mix two up. like Lightning, Ice, etc, there are like 18 types, and the game keeps patching in new ones.

You aren't too shitty, Lightning is AoE and and like chain lightning, so its 1v1 dmg isn't that high. At most you need to do quests a bit different than usual, and you can't mess up much when doing main quest chain bosses.

Its doable, but nowhere as easy and convenient as WoW lvling. Funner for me, but this turns a lot of people of.

well first of all keybinds are required. team work is also really important and knowing what classes can do what and when they can do it, and how to counter it.

basically you need a good bit of knowledge of the game and you have to know how the mechanics work.

there are no villians for pvp right now, there are 3 types of PvP, one are sponsored cage matchs like this, 5v5 fights, another is called BASH which is a 10-20 man free for all (fun as all hell) and the other is Scenario style pvp, like a prison break wehre one side plays escaping other trys to stop them

There a moves which you can choose regardless of class and the pvp area is allways cut down to a minimal sized area. any one of many moves used in sucession can close the distance and hold or knock down etc,,,this is not a pussy friendly game if your ranged you need to work just as hard as melee because you can't run a mile like you can in COH or spend months getting pwnzor gear in wow.

Its all about trial and error and as a melee i close distances you just gotta use your brain
