love the band, hate the camera work... sadly I guess I won't be buying this dvd after all. Why all the jumping around camera, please just let us watch them play music! Sounds wonderful but I just can't watch it without getting headache....
@RensStella: Unfortunately, this was quite the "cutting edge" style at the time, along with split screens displaying multiple camera angles simultaneously (what the hell are we paying directors and editors for?) interspersed with the random slo-mo shot of audience dancers (braless hippie chicks, if available). Just consider it an artifact of some of the more unfortunate cultural excess of the period, and try to look past to the remarkable performance. Transcendent.
wholly agree with last two comments. what a couple fine songs from different eras of such an amazing carreer. any other versions of walking in the wind? I'd like to see the whole album of When The Eagle Flies put to a movie/video. important work
the other song is walking in the wind and it sure would be nice to hear the full version of it, so fine. Winwood's volumes of work are just unbelievable, such fine quality, surh inspiration. I've been a fan since the 60's and get his albums as soon as they hit the rack and listen to and play with them and it sure has improved my musicianship. Winwood is a saint, just what Bird was trying to be. He may be the most important person on the planet. Sure is to me. What a body of work
Man, thats Rosko gee on bass, hes great!played with CAN.Bramblett is an amazing sax-player, played with widespread panic, and reyes was the drummer for santana in the mid-nintees
Musically, the DVD is outstanding. The editor must have taken bad acid in the 60s, however. Some of the visual "effects" used are of the Limburger cheese variety
Cool! The song is "Glad" and the band is Winwood, Capaldi, Randall Bramblett (sax), Walfredo Reyes (percussion), Mike McEvoy (2nd keyboards) and Rosko Gee (returning from the 1974 Traffic lineup).
lol @ the camera work!

This song is like the antithesis of their "Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys" hit. Upbeat instead of melodramatic.

Glad was my second favorite Traffic song. I'm glad Winwood still played it 1994, but his piano solo sounds sad..

The name of the video is "the Last Great Traffic Jam" and this was probably filmed in 1994.
