  • @TheDinkyTV, this is only a partial within partial overhead press. I do it to load the joint and increasing the tendon and make the bone stronger. I'm sure if you train them, you can do better!

    About the ring top hold, I think you may consider taking the intensity down. Maybe aim for bodyweight 60sec first? I found it as a good way to train elbow, wrist and shoulder tendon strength :). Take it slowly man... eventually you can do better!
