  • haha... that was cool and funny.... good way to scare people..... i'll plier u.... *flick flick flick*

  • that must really screw up your leatherman if you do that alot.

  • Better butterfly knife

  • This is awesome

  • You are one bored kid

  • Am I the only ove arroused by this video...

  • how did you get it so well lubricated

  • @omleyhugo2514 astroglide?

  • Amazed by this display of skill!

  • *beat.

  • Cool trick, but it looks really sloppy with a multitool.^^ don't get me wrong, I do it sometimes too. But can't bear ze butterfly knife.:D

  • How did you get it so loose?

  • @itachi9374 a very complicated process called loosening the screws

  • @ericsyutubeaccount Would it work with a leatherman kick

  • @itachi9374 no, it uses pins

  • u stub that bolt boy

  • Sweet

  • gay why dont u try with buterfly knife dumbass

  • @jeffmcguire2003 Stop hating, slow fat person. Yeah that's right, I saw your video's!

  • @jeffmcguire2003 this duy could probably beat u to death with his pliers, wouldnt be the worst impact weapon, and btw if he can do this with a leatherman, i bet he is badass with a balisong. so in short shut up fat ass stop compensating for being so fat

  • @jeffmcguire2003 Harsh words from a Adam Lambert fan!!

  • Comment removed

  • it's just not the same effect as a balisong (butterfly knife for you yanks out there)

  • What strange responses to a multi-tool video...

  • I use my Leatherman at work everyday and I often need to get at my tool with only one hand.

I you think this is dumb should throw your tool away, because you obviously don't use it.

  • You loosen the tension on that pivot?

  • Um.... so?

  • Sweet! Keep practicing, soon you'll probably get superpowers along with those amazing leatherman-skills.

  • damn you could fix something super fast show this skill off in your next job interview

    i would hire you

  • lol you must have a butterfly knife

  • That's a great tool... I mean him.

  • you fucking pussy.

  • @highwaytohell15 yer a fag

  • whachoo say boi? i will crimp yo flesh!

  • I liked teh video, don't listen to the haters. I wouldn't lube mine up to this extent, but you can't beat a one handed operation of one of the best multi-tools available.

I guess if you are a hunter up on a tree or an electrician working on a ladder or an electric pole-one handed opening could come in handy with a lanyard so you don't drop it.

  • that was a stupid waste if my 10 secs please GO AWAY

  • lol imagen solid snake running around stabing people whit pliers

  • hide your nuts when leathermans about or he'll make your eyes water.:)))))))))))

  • Basically (i know this sounds strange), but Ive lubed mine up so much that while the rivets themselves hold fine, the entire frame is so loose it is practically a butterfly knife, just with a crapier blade!

  • arer u fucking crazy it's a leatherman not a butterfly knife this tricks is for butterfy knife if u wanna roing ur leatherman keep doing it moron!

  • What a Tool.

  • phineasph

    Brararararararara Yes so true..

  • Eh not bad

  • haha a butterfly knife. dam you had to loosen that thing up ALLOT. I got mine like an hour ago (no i havent oiled it, duh i should) but from going to new to that smooth...dam

  • bad skills. please never ever use a butterfly knife-u will cut off all your fingers.

  • its a leatherman not a butterfly knife

  • @flaky1324 when i was younger i had to flash mine like a butterfly knife so people didn't steal my bike and/or sexualy abuse me. maybe this guy used to do the same thing and that's where he got the idea. (but don't do it when you don't have to because people will be able to tell the difference if you do it wrong)

  • Hmmm....I definitely expected something different but thx for sharing.

  • Please dont post rude comments. Nice trick anyway. =)

  • good way to ruin it

  • Doesn't this kinda ruin it?

  • im guessing it feels a lot like a spyderco spyderfly

  • If you open the leather man wave and look inside the handles below the pliers, you'll see the flats that cause the handles to lock open when the pliers are opened up. I can't remember why the hell I did this at work, but I heated that up slightly and then tapped it a little bit with a hammer and a flat head screw driver. After that my leatherman was just as whippy as the one in the video and still works. Just got to be careful when you do it.

  • This is what he uses when he needs to find his cock and whip it out in a moments notice.

  • I do this a lot since I can't own a balisong in my state. Its pretty fun and leathermans are built well enough to not fly apart like a cheap balisong would.

These are pretty stiff when they're new but a few drops of oil and they loosen right up to the point of being able to flip it as fast as a benchmade 42. Doing so hasn't made the tool any less useful either.

  • as fast as a 42....riiiight

  • well, maybe I'm remembering wrong.. when I was out of state I remember flipping a leatherman around while my friend had his 42, It can open and such just as fast.. its just a matter of having the dexterity to do it with something as clunky as a multi tool.

  • thats fuckin awesome

  • That is a really cool trick, but I bet they are gonna try to ban leatherman waves now that they are dangerous butterfly knives.

    Just kidding, cool trick.

  • i believe that is the harly davidson edition leatherman. thats why it opens and closes so smoothly.

  • Wait till you pinch you're finger homeboy.

  • yeah its gonna fucking hurt SHOW OFF!

  • Hm I guess your leatherman anin´t new hm? the connenctions of mine are a little too tight for such tricks... :-(

  • you are gonna were out the hinge...only balisongs can do that

  • nice

  • When I was watching it,the first thing

that came into my mind was:"useless talent

number 32" XD XD Otherwise it's cool. :)

  • pretty fucking cool

  • i can open them but i cant close them .lol

  • Stand back i have pliers.

  • lol. i wonder though, why is his leatherman so easy to move around. is it loose?

  • Maybe, but it could also be lubricated beyond belief. I did the same thing to my PST II, regretted it almost instantly bacause it made the pliars about useless.

  • How would oiling it make the pliers useless?

  • I over- lubricated it to the point that the pliars would stick and make useage almost impossible.

  • Judging by the looks of it, he has the pre 2004 model Wave. The tools arent broken, just broken in!! My Wave does that, and I don't worry about it, plus Leathermans are backed by a 25 year warranty. Gotta respect the mans trick. A Leatherman isn't meant to be babied. Maintain it like they recommend, and you will have a companion for life, just like a trusty old pocket knife.

  • thats not as easy as it looks leatherman are harder to open then bali's. balisongs are meant to open fast but leatherman arent

    so respect his trick

  • too bad that leatherman isnt in factory condition. its loosened up. just listening to it chattering when he moves it. a leatherman can hold its weight and then some before it opens and his is clicking and clacking just idling in his hands..

    this video is stuppiidddd

  • what do you mean not factory conditon. I dont know anyone with a leatherman in "factory condition" except maybe a wuss. mine opens like that too. Its been used like almost everyday since Ive had it. Its called worn in. it happens.

  • oh my gawd

  • sweet :)

  • wow N00b with pliers

  • Wow are'nt you the clever one

  • its not a butterfly knife

  • giv a tutorial

  • mooie truc met een goeie camera opgenomen wat wil je nog meer

  • Haha, it's a butterfly pliers! OH NOES! lol...

  • That is actually pretty cool.

  • stay in school

  • Yes, but can you water ski barefoot?

  • totally

  • ive got one of thoese

  • good for u

  • hahaha what a fucking moron he is for taking the time to practice that, lololol if i seen a plumber or electrician doing that at my house id shove ut up his ass

  • lol... respect to this comment !

  • whoooaaa!!!...those wires better watch out!

  • I wonder how much he oiled that, and loosened it. If it is always that loose you might want to tighten it...

  • lmao it must be hard working with those, i think butterfly knifez are more easy. but that was cool, the way you did it was safer then a knife.

  • lol

    those must be pretty hard

  • oh man, that was really cool. i have to learn that too :)

  • that was cool I never thought of that
