I never heard of satanism :o. I find this very fascinating, i myself don't really believe in a satan or evil (whatever satan is to you. c:) i do believe in demons tough :D

i was muslim for 19years of my life, i converted to Satanism under a month ago....why? i was interested in satanism, so instead of looking at theories and other "biblical and prohecised" texts i went to FACTS. what is what and how history connects and becomes valid.

i found out that Satan is actually our God, i could go on forever, but i think its healthy to see both sides before taking a side. =)

I understand how of course you would view Christians as seeing Satan as a negative so called "entity" but for Christians who follow their own Bible, it teaches to view Satan as Evil. Of course it makes them feel closer to their own God, because they know and believe that God is more powerful than Satan. I as a Christian could never follow Satan because I feel closer and safer with God. I share a relationship that comes with such transquility that Satanism could not offer. Post your thoughts! ;)

not really. the catholic encyclopedia even differentiates the two; daemon was the greek notion of the force of the gods and the destiny of life, and a demon is a malicious entity. the two words do not mean the same thing.

Before than Xian did exist. Platon's book "Socrates apology" talk about Daimons and some things about what they are.

Destiny was has to do with the english word Orbit (which comes form Destiny in greek) such as Planet orbits.

The fate has to do with Parcs (greek), Norns (norse) or Fairies (latin, which comes the word FATE).

which one? my Lucifer book? the ms. is 170pgs long. It needs editing and fact checking before i can even consider publishing it. However in 2010 the book 'Woman's Voices in Magic" will be published by Imannion Press. i helped to contribute my story in that anthology book.

Have you watched the recent episodes of TrueBlood? because one of the main "evils" is a priestess of Bachuus and it raids the idea of witchcraft and paganism as the worship of Dionysis and so on as a god of indulgence. I just wondered what your views on that were.

I forgot to mention that they use Carl the Demonologist who was featured on Ghost hunters. Carl the Demonologist is into catholic demonology, and so is his brother.

They are an example of why I do not really like catholic demonology.
