FYI: this is not a TV commercial I believe it is one of those safety videos they play before a NASCAR simulator type ride. In fact if my memory is correct, I want to say I saw this exact safety video when I went to the NASCAR Experience ride at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas. I think theyre just talking about leaving your seatbelt on and having your hands and feet inside the ride at all times. Dont quote me though because its been years since Ive been on the ride. If you're talking about the HANS device, you're wrong. Nascar didn't require the use of a head and neck restraint until after his death. One of two drivers used them before his death. And he died as a result of a lot of things. There was a seatbelt issue, angle of impact, open faced helmet, and a few other things that created a perfect, yet deadly combination.
