To fix the video you must change the 360p quality to 240p quality.

@TheFinlandnator Thanks for the tip -- it looks like all the images I uploaded from the field in 2007 need to be redone.
As I attempt to edit it, YouTube only allows a "Save As" option -- so this weekend it looks like I'll need to do some re-saves.
