Growing up in Sth London I went to quite a rough school, where some kids were religious and others that weren't religious. No one is saying that people that aren't religious aren't good because God has created people where their intrinsic human nature tells then what is good and what is bad. A person living in a jungle will know stealing, murder is wrong. But as a whole the kids that were religious very rarely got into trouble and academically did very well because they stayed away from trouble.

Growing up in Sth London I went to quite a rough school, where some kids were religious and others that weren't religious. No one is saying that people that aren't religious aren't good because God has created people where their intrinsic human nature tells then what is good and what is bad. A person living in a jungle will know stealing, murder is wrong. But as a whole the kids that were religious very rarely got into trouble and academically did very well because they stayed away from trouble.

Islam does the same, but actions speak louder than words - the song is propaganda because it is meant to convince none muslims that Islam is not a warrior creed, which is what it is. Actually, Gozzi-boy, he was explaining what he understood to be Islamic law in response to a direct question, and has to this day never stated whether or not he agrees with such a sentence. He simply made a correct interpretation of the law. Christianity has many such laws, and not more than a few hundred years ago practiced the executions of non-believers and heritics in much the same way as some radical muslims attempt to now. Don't cast disparations on a man you know nothing about. Peace.

The music is great. I guess we all have our own politics, religions (or non-religions), and views on just about everything. I recall when this song first came out, I liked it then, just as I do now. It is really to bad that we all can't get along and still have our own views about things.

This comment is by someone who has never looked at Yoism (yoism dot org). Yoism rejects all traditional religions as they are typically conceived and practiced. However, in every religion and in every culture there are valuable memes (e.g., "charity," "peace," "justice," and beautiful musical expressions).
