How does the trailer come unhitched when the boat hits the bumper. Wouldn't want to be behind that trailer on the highway if that's all it takes to pop off the hitch.

The tow vehicle looks like it had about another 10 feet before the wheels were AT the water. It would have been a piece of cake to drive right on to the trailer.
At first I thought, "OK, bad approach, but at least they're smart enough to go around, and try it again." I've seen too many 'Skippers' try to, 'just jam it on there'.
But then the trailer is not connected? That's a special kind of stupid.
With the trailer lose, even if they did winch it, they'd probably just winch the trailer under the boat, and then have to figure out how get them both out of the water.
attach it to a rope... attach the rope to the RV, drive slowly up.
