Origin of RTI land--Rajasthan is orphan. No more Aruna Roy support to resume closed Rajasthan information commission---closed for more than 4 months. Only one information commissioner work in last six years. After retirement of previous commissioner Mr.M.D.Korani, new and only one information commissioner sitting idle for four months in absence of chief commissioner nor giving him charge of chief commissioner.-----despite provision of 10 commissioner as per ACT
