yes i know this PPV happened a while ago but just saying your star ratings don't add up to a 6.5/10. 4 matches less than 2 stars, 1 match that is in the 3 star range, doesnt sound like a 6.5
Great review. Yeah I have to agree on the ppv. And too be honest Im glad how they booked Morgan, they made him look credible with the vets which is a good option. Very disapponted inb the Joe match, thought it could have been more fast paced. And my God the Steel Asylum match kicked ass. And good God, can TNA please push Amazing Red. Did anybody notice through the match they were chanted 'He's amazing!" after he did a few kick ass spots? Man, Red could be the true rebirth of that X Division!
why are you boycotting just because of the rating. The only thing that has changed is less blood and over the top violence. The booking has bad two years ago, before the PG rating. Also the quality of the show is not related to the rating. TNA could be rated R but it still a poor product which I have no desire to watch. I should add the only show I watch at the moment is Smackdown.
i was just going to type the same thing Smackdown is rated TV PG but that show is great it's the people on the RAW side of things who are making the decisions which in the long run are hurting their show more than helping
I was kinda joking about boycotting. What I meant was, comparing 98-02 to how it is now is unbelievable. Knowing how good it was at its peak, I resent being force-fed dumbed-down storylines with no hardcore matches, tagteam division, or adult promos.
I agree smackdown is a good show, I was thinking more about raw and the company in general.
i disagree as the Hard Justice while not the best show was better than i thought it was going to be going into the show had a strong opener and a couple of decent matches and a match that 0 people wanted to see and it was booked perfectly. With Strikeforce it was a night of very exciting fights and the main event lived up to all the hype that had been given to it hell Showtime's ratings records were destroyed with this fight
hard justice, for all its "surprisingly good" moments that you claim it had, it also had incredibly disappointing moments...homicide vs joe being a 2 star match? Only in TNA my friend.
The opener was a COMPLETE spotfest, and not even that great of one...granted still the best match on the card.
The main event didn't live up to the hype at all. It was a completely sloppy affair that may set back womens MMA in the eyes of the "real" promoters out there....you just give your back up gina? nice
And all the monkeys in the truck! as Chris Jericho says lol. Anyway, Strikeforce was alright. Cyborg destroys Carano..I expected Gina to put up a fight ofcourse. I dunno WHAT the hell she was thinking..Frank Shamrock pointed out too...Gina gave up the mount! BIG mistake..I think that could have been the critical factor that cost her the belt.
IMO Strikeforce card was alot more entertaining to me over UFC 100 with the exception of maybe Henderson's knockout. I was disappointed that Carano lost but I saw Cyborg winning either way. I do agree that it was a good time to stop the fight by the ref.
i disagree i think that would be to her advantage and she is by far one of the most over looked fighters in the world of MMA she would give Cyborg a good run for her money
Letting Angle wrestle = really bad idea especially with the allegations and even with the fact he had a suspended Driver's License. And HGH? Which is illegal itself.
Overall TNA = The Oakland Raiders of Pro Wrestling.
Hard Justice I did not enjoy at all. Best match was definitely the Steel Asylum and the worst match was Hernandez/Terry, but since that wasn't much of a match I would say Foley/Nash was the worst. The PPV was identical to Victory Road sans the two X Division matches. Joe/Homicide was way too short also. But because it was solid and the Asylum was good, I gave it a 4.5.

The Deaner, ODB Match was for the Knockouts Title. So ODB is the Champ now.

but Cody Deaner got the pinfall so he should be TNA Knockouts Champion

Wow. I think you STRAIGHT OVERRATED BOTH CARDS horribly.
Really badly man. TNA no more than 5, and Strikeforce no more than 6.

I dunno but, TNA seems more like a redneck-type wrestling company. They go to so many redneck towns lol Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, Georgia and so on.

The opening match is called the Steel Asylum Match, which is based on AAA's Terrordome
BBoy2020 2 years ago
TNA now calls it the escape the cage match and i know that the match is based of the AAA Terrordome which AAA does so much better than TNA
