  • hmmm... I'm just sitting here, looking out of my head and just cannot believe this. It is much harder then all the capriccios in one piece! I wouldn't say it is an artistic performance as it is a "training" piece, but technical point of view it is unbeatable. Accardo is the greatest - if there is one.

  • Funny mix :)) But why they did not tell the "actor" that violin is held in the left hand and bow in right, is beyond my understanding :-DDD

  • why cant thesps learn to hold a violin properly i can teach a five year old in ten minutes from scratch.LOVE THE IMPROV the last bit sounds like xennakis

  • this guy is the shit!

    :O

  • Bravo!

  • Only Salvatore Accardo would improvise on freaking Paganini. :3

  • lol he rlly didnt that much. he mized his violin concerto 1 and his 7th caprice. and a few chromatics and ricochets lol.

  • @violaplayer1995 Isn't that....basically improvisation?

  • @violaplayer1995 lol if you think thats easy try to make your own improvisation and compare it to this one

  • lol..srry for laughing a tthis but...one s he's left handed ..one he's right handed...it's just so confusing

  • Wonderful! Thanks for the upload.

Klaus Kinski makes one hell of a Paganini.

Looks like Accardo's fingers in the close-ups...I imagine they are since I think he was the sole performer for the film.
