My childhood has just slipped through my fingers like sand. I am near 24 so yea. This brings back memories. I want all of these puppets. I want the movie. This was back when Pizza hut tasted good, no doubt.
Oh wow! It was a great day when you could buy a plastic dinosaur puppet for less than $1.50. I stil have my Sharp Tooth and he's in great condition. Man, they don't make good quality childrens' toys for kids meals anymore. Ever throw a McDonald's toy around when you were little? If it accidentally hit someone, it hurt.......a lot cause it was a well crafted, solid piece of plastic. Now stuff's more expensive but with less quality. Thank you for reminding me of better times.
That's why I took the time to find the commercials I have, it's awesome when you remember a commercial from the 80s, deciding to see if it's on YouTube, then finding it...that's the best!
We had Petri and Spike! I loved that movie as a kid. I remember my sister and I bawling when his mom died though.

I remember those puppets! I never owned any, but everywhere I went, they always seemed to be there :)

I had the Petrie puppet when I was 3-4 years old, and one fateful day I lost him. I cried for days. I miss my childhood.

I remember those things selling here too, mid-late 90s I recall.

possibly 1988-89ish.
eyeheartchrist 4 years ago
Yeah, typo - obviously late 80s, not 90s.
