I was a bit curious about the setup to uchi mata at 1.43-1.47, as it seems like a mixture of uchi mata and 1-step hane goshi. Could you explain some of the dynamics?
@cuivien Hi!It is Oikomi Uchi mata(dashing in).You step in with left leg instead of the right but trying to point your foot as much as u can toward the direction of the throw!Yes,it is Uchi/Hane goshi borderline sometimes.
if u cant turn ur body forward complitely.Usualu,u attack when ukes right leg is going back.
needs a good prictice in timing speed and flexibility.Not for the begginers.
I do it much quicker,but here,was just demonstarting the principles and diff. entries.
