I am myself a loyal fan of Animusic productions, this group uses a very sophisticated proprietary sowftware to animate objects following a MIDI sequence through specific data pipe into physics-based animation. Yours is a fantastic work, but it is based in keyframed animation, which synchro work is huge!! Try exploring other tools for this type of productions, your talent will render much richer results with the same ideas. Good work!

Yeah, I wanted to create a 'send and return' network for the balls, similar to what Animusic did in Pipe Dream. It just got to the point where I couldn't do it any more. Maybe when I can get into 3d Studiomax or Maya I may revisit this project and attempt to complete it to my grand vision.

Yeah, the software logo remains. A small side effect of using this completely free software package. When I can I will pay for the application, but times are tight right now.

Great job! Excellent electronic composition - and very cool imagery. I'd like to be better able to sync my music to video, but since I'm not rendering my vids (it's all real photography) it gets very time consuming and frustrating to even get close!

Anyway, great quality vid! :-)

It's easier with photographs, trust me! But you use time lapse photography, so that's not really just photographs, that's a special form of video. You could always sync your time lapse frame rate to match the tempo of your music sort of like I did with the keyframes in these CGIs. Thank you for dropping by. =D
