regarding good manners -> if you showed good manners at the first date with a woman, she will and ought to expect those all the time. because if she likes to be taken care of and courted, this should not stop just because the guy got what he wanted ! if the good manners stop that means that he wasn't being himself, he was just playing a part in order to get her. so he'd be a liar.
