I have this bugger and for the life of me I can not fly it at all ... what is your secret? How do you trim/tune the control arms, swash blade, and the paddles on the fly bar? I am thinking about selling mine :( I even bought so many spare parts for it :\

@grimreaper5650 , if your new? get extra blades, landing gear, and an extra battery is always nice. an extra main shaft too. for the crashes,.. and (if) they have it, training gear is nice, got some for my 400-450. and your welcome, your gonna want blades and shaft. for sure., my first was a Blade CX. and a sim. lots of crashes,.. :0)

I have done a mod like this. Only thing is with mine, the wires are still exposed under the heli. Where to you tuck your battery wires in ?

Stay with the msr, this heli is imopssible,even for the experts! Save 4 thunder tiger innovator or the blade 400! I crashed this 40 times i prefer my msr and hirobo quark etc

I like the cobra style heli. Better than those futuristic aerodynamic looking ones in my opinion. Is this heli durable? Have you had to replace parts more often than usual? I noticed there is the walkera and exceed rc versions, the exceed is $50 cheaper. What do you recommend?

this type of heli is a 4 channel and it takes intermediate skill to fly this. not recomended for starters.

Are you using a battery with a smaller capacity? The stock battery doesn't fit into the cockpit. Any pointers on where i can get a similar battery. Nice mod by the way.

I use normal 400mAh battery.But The cover of the battery was peeled off.

Connectors were exchanged and only the connector pin was used.

A part of the body under the cockpit was cut out.

A part of the mainframe under the cockpit was cut out.

Front two screws that fixed the mainframe and the body were shortened.

The bottom part of the battery is exposed.

Therefore, the part was painted black.
