Here in Houston crime went up and many New Orleans people were behind it. Look who's the majority in New Orleans now. The white man.

Here's what really happened. The Tuskegee Syphlis study monitored a group of black men who already had syphilis. This was at a time when there was no cure. After penicillin was used to treat syphilis some members were given a placebo and others were given penicillin. This decision was approved by both black and white doctors, not a government conspiracy.

Why did the government study for 32+ years for something that already had a cure?! Also, the men were told they were being treated for,"bad blood," not syphllis. An elected state official is going to have a hard time arguing that money should be spent on maintaining a levy that protects the poorest least educated people. Especially in an unprogressive state like Louisiana. It's not a conspiracy, it's politics and not giving a shit about poor black people either way. From an economical standpoint, flooding the 9th ward was the best decision. Why? Because its better to allow low income neighborhoods to be destroyed and save the others. Think about it, Is a $50,000 house worth as much as a $500,000 house? Which is cheaper to replace. Here's what really happened. The Tuskegee Syphlis study monitored a group of black men who already had syphilis. This was at a time when there was no cure. After penicillin was used to treat syphilis some members were given a placebo and others were given penicillin. This decision was approved by both black and white doctors, not a government conspiracy.

Why did the government study for 32+ years for something that already had a cure?! Also, the men were told they were being treated for,"bad blood," not syphllis. Not only would government have to be involved, hundreds if not thousands of scientists, all from different organizations would have to be involved too. I would have thought that there were plenty of reasons to indict the federal government for their role in the New Orleans flooding without muddying the waters by bringing in so far-fetched a theory. They didn't NEED to blow anything up because they had already been grossly negligent about ensuring that the levies would withstand a hurricaine. And why? Undoubtedly because poor, black people represented a low priority for Bush & co., as evident again in the disgracefully inadequate rescue.

I did hear a second hand account of a witness who swore up and down that before the levees broke she heard the sound of a missile. Swears it up and down.

actually things aren't always oneway just cause you say so and its a fact that things like spike is saying is NOT byond the goverment futhermore i can beat off in your room but if you weren't around and i cleaned up you would never know.

yeah its more efficient to keep and make more jobs for americans instead of sending them over seas. alot of things could be done much more efficient but not trying to blame the criminals(goverment) is not going todo anything.
