i know i will get lots of thumb downs but anyway... In my opinion, if you are going to play that classical guitar you should handle it by your fingers not a pick. No matter how sweet it looks, splitting the screen in to 2-3 pieces showing how yoy play the parts in distinct times is worthless. One can perform both the solo and base notes at the same time with proper technique

Very good. Since I don't go to a music school for guitar I can't have any bad thoughts about your technique, but I am going into music school for Accordion and Piano I can tell you one thing thing.

You need to practice with your metronome. You're getting out of the rhythm pretty often. Just work on that and you'll be great. :D
