  • dude you look a little bit like the Mercenary dude on Lost, anyone ever told you that?

  • yo were did u get those muzzle flashes man, they look bad ass , and btw nice vid but get better sounds

  • Good Job!!!!!!!

  • that was great im going to try it soon

  • Ha Soundtrack Here comes the king

  • song?

  • what material do you use for the green screen?

  • i use imovie!

  • Can i ask you where you got the m16? Im starting a Real/Fake/Model gun collection please tell me.

  • Hi!

Its just a Softair Gun for about 35$, its just a Toy, but real size and real look.

  • Ah sweet thanks man

  • woa!!! thats so cool!! nicely done....

  • Most times they use green, but magenta or cyan works well too.

  • you scared me at the end...lol

  • Actually, people do have green tones in their skin, as well as blue. The reason people use green screen is because that's the color channel with the most resolution. The red and blue color channels are often compressed in order for the machines to be able to handle the signal. You could, however, use any color you want to do the same effect.

  • dude you look a little bit like Christopher Walkin, anyone ever told you that?

  • I like this one, kool.

  • ell green is one of the furthest colours from the colour of your skin so you would skick out more, not look like you were part of the background. =P

  • because, a human face has white tones and colours in it, if you used a white screen and keyed it, half the face would vanish, humans have no green in their skin tones, so green works best

  • or blue

  • Yeah, but green works better

  • LOL that's impressive stuff right there

  • where did you get your muzzele flas footage

  • how u do that

  • Wow - you got the recoil right definately.

Most others, 5.56 throws the guy back 2 feet in the other videos. Doesnt make sence :o

  • THATS DOPE.. :)

  • nice work man...very informative. I think the only thing that should be changed is the lighting direction, because in the background the light is coming from the back left, and doesn't make sense to be coming from the front right.....Great job though

  • After Effects 6.5

  • nice

  • wow, your much more talented than the people from SF1 (the worst tv-channel in the world)

  • well its almost perfect but the background doesnt look real

  • nice colour correction but i agree with the one comment that the b.g. needs to be a video rather than a photo so we can see movement.

  • this guy looks a lil bit like the rock

  • its cool and but it looks like ur in a picture. plants need to be moving

  • detonation films is awesesome i got an explosion from there

  • what program did you use for the muzzle flash and sound of weapon?

  • great video , where did u get the background from ????

  • good good

  • Hey, I think accurate sound would help. That is a .223, yet the sound is of a .50 caliber.

One technique that is almost magic is that you blend the angles on the superimposed image.

Blur around the edges and try to make the leaves blur just a tad. This is to replicate the fact that light bends around objects in reality, but does not appear to do so in composites.

REAL NICE, keep it up and lemme know what your latest improvements look like.

  • Nice man, watch my fooling around with green screen 3 vid, its just like this. Comment on it and subscribe if u want.

  • WOW DUDE ! This is very good !

  • what makes this shot bad is the angle of the picture in the background, it looks fake and makes the guy look like he is 3 inch tall, you need the same perspective shot of the woods for the composite to work correctly

  • Great video. I graduated from college with a degree in digital filmmaking so I know how cool it is to produce something like that. Great job!

  • I thought it looked a tad bit cheesey at first...

But when I saw the end I thought It was Awesome!

    Great Job!

  • Nice job

  • good

  • Make sure you add foreground elements, it looks a bit fake because nothing is in the foreground.

  • Thank you! This helps me realy! Yeah, it look too flat and know i know... never thought about this.

    Mac

  • That is awesome, how did you do those muzzle flashes?

  • Very Nice Job... we have to thank Andrew Kramer!

  • Much nicer than my green screen efforts so far. Keep up the excellent work.

  • Good, apart from the muzzle flashes

  • cool!

  • Thats the XMEN 3 Trailer Music, i think....

  • Doesnt matter. It don`t have to be realistic if it looks cool! Thats the way alle movies are done!

  • thats brilliant, keep it up!

  • Just a normal one Chip Canon Consumer DV Cam.

  • whered u get the flash... def not detonationfilms

  • The Muzzle Flashs are from Detonationfilms!

  • are they lol i love det. its make my movies awesome

  • Just After Effects 6.5, not the Pro Version....

  • good work

  • good job
