cant be. theyre required to have their lights "flashing" 24/7
note he said "theres no FAA light on it"
cant be military or NASA... certainly cant be no civilian aircraft flying a formation

They come in 3's/ And they repeat visits, so keep looking and remember times you see them. Look in same place every time. Please view the video about our sightings over Niagara falls. It was at night and they glow and are cloaked by a blur-field.
We watched them for 2 hours until the clouds covered them.
