Boquete seems to be getting back on track now. Many roads have been repaired and the the two bridges are crossable. The entire community came together to save the Flower Fair in January and to help those that lost thier homes.
I am so very proud of Boquete's progress after this terrible storm. Please come visit and see why so many people love this town.
Just like the rainbow will always return, floods will always plague this area. I'm not sure what is worse: The floods or the earthquakes (that's why I live in New York now). However, the beauty of Boquete will always return - until the gringos buy all the land and force out all the locals.
It make me cry seeing so much destruction in my beautiful hometown.Pero despues de la lluvia el arcoiris siempre sale. Y Boquete es un pueblo de gente luchadora y que nunca se ha dejado vencer. Thank you for the video.

Greetings from Sweden. We feel sorry for all of you. Please keep us updated with how things are over there, the media here ignores all of it...

Nice recap of the current reality here. Now the cleanup and recovery for the people who are homeless.

Wow, so much water and so much damage! It's a shame when freak weather damages such a beautiful area. I really hope that there's no loss of life.
