The tuning is actually one-half semitone down (Eb Ab Db Gb Bb eb) and it seemed to me that you're not really sure how the picking pattern goes.. (I tried to play your pattern with the original song and it didn't quite sound right) Otherwise pret good lesson! :)

You don't just put a capo on to change pitch. It makes those chords easier to play and you won't have to stretch so far haha
