This has been up for a really long time so you've probably already learned this by now. But you are putting a lot of stress on your lower back by not setting it properly. Also try using your arms less and get more power out of your hips and hams. You really want to pop your hips. Trust me this will save your back some hardship in the future. Keep up the good work!!
cool nice coordination. I never knew of the kettlebell until I saw one being lifted by vayra akulova the worlds strongest girl she was lifting a 55 pound one on her pinky finger.
