(Like ppl getting $5million dollars for slipping on water in a huge hotel)...the original lawsuit was for $50mill. She managed to settle for $300,000.

Brandy has and have always had custody of her child. I agree with you on that. Innocent until proven guilty. She was not found guilty in a court of law, but she did pay the family a large sum of money. I realize that the burden of proof is lower in civil court, but she settled. If I am innocent I do not settle in any court. That's just me.
