$27 dollars for a theme???

Many themes (with ongoing support, like mine), sell for much more.
It's the value to you, that's important, I suggest. What it enables you to achieve, you otherwise couldn't.
If you can already do all this with WordPress, then it's not worth $27 to you.

i was just surprised sorry, ya i guess if i wanted to sell a product this would be the first theme i would buy for my site its simple but effective and i can do a good bit with css
