In order to map you need to get the mapping list from native instruments. As far as Windows 7 starter, I've never worked with that so I'm not sure how that all works.
Good day sir! I just got my NanoKontrol & I'm having a hard time mapping it w/ the B4 II on my desktop PC running Windows XP.. I was wondering if you could help me out. Also, My NanoKontrol cannot be recognized w/ the Korg Editor & the B4 on my laptop running Windows 7 Starter. I had the latest drivers installed. Thanks!

...VB3 is a VST that grooves better than NIB4.
It's only my opinion but you could try it.
