thats nothing, for a body building rule of thumb to gain big mass you have to eat 1.5 - 2 grams of protien per kilogram of body weight. i only weigh 70kg but that means i have to eat between around 100 to 140 grams of protein per day. a tin of 150g tuna has about 35g of protien and you can eat one of them per meal easy even if you cant eat much. chicken breast is wicked stuff no fat and loads of protein, about 30g per breast and grill them, you can eat 2 per meal easy. hope this helped
