I'd say range/2h, cause you will have to change prayer when you're about to 2h which is kinda hard, even with the hotkeys.

Well i think its not dificult, good mouse is the trick :P. In some clips u will see that she right click on the rune 2h obejct before the switching. It helps a bit to switch faster. Try it .
