@guarichumoli ok dude so this album is a collection of B-sides and songs they didnt include in their other albums right? so when you build something good you always leave behind traces of your work like sawdust when u make a house. And the arm being sawdust means to me that in creating all of their masterpieces, they had to make tough desisions and leave pieces of themselves behind. this album is meant to give us what go left out :)

This song holds special meaning to me. My dad and I are estranged, very estranged. I live with my mom's side of the family and am very ashamed that I am related to my father. So much so that I changed my name back to my mother's maiden name. This song is very different than the story I just told, but I still feel like I'm inescapably connected to my father, and a lot of people tell me that I have my Grandfather's (Mom's dad's) face and stature, but Dad's eyes. No joke. So I really relate to this
