Until now, I don't believe I had seen this ending. Is it on the original DVD or is it from a different cut? It's the best of the three possible endings as it actually shows moments of sincerity and compassion in a movie which is generally devoid of such small touches. Contrasting this against the violence actually makes the movie stronger. It reminds me quite a bit of the ending of the original.

k i just typed a lot but my limit excided so i need to remember. they should completely screw 3 cuz it had nothin to do w/ halloween. also i liked 4 & 5, they were my fav movies and 6 was ok cuz it wrapped the jamie loyed saga. but i think that when they redo resurection the should make (play around w/ the idea) sara jamie's baby cuz that was left out in 6, they never did anything about the baby at the end of 6 or in 7.
