@ModernWarhead94 same here give or take a few bands :) my dad got me into stuff like kate bush, new order, pet shop boys, erasure (same guy from yazoo) and took me to see erasure and psb live!! i hate the music people our age think is good
my father always noticed me hating on shitty music of today and then introduced me to bands such as Duran Duran,Wang Chung, Yazoo, Depeche Mode and A Flock of Seagulls, and never turned back, what an era, i agree that my generations music sucks, but as a 17 year old, i appreciate this era in music tens times more than our shitty era
i can just picture me backin the 80's with long hair, in the bathroom making out with slut, both high on cocaine with this playing in the background ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i missed out on that decade
That game gives a glimpse of the past in a way, so please, let us enjoy this amazing song how we want to. I myself am almost 19, but I really think about this song from that game. I do wish I lived in the 80s, it looked like a great decade...
@adammbowman It's thanks to GTA that a lot of us, including me, were introduced to this generation of music. Seems like a legitimate reason to mention it in comments and to be thankful.
Jack Hues is just downright a legendary vocalist, period. So glad to see they are still going strong. WANG CHUNG WAS MY VERY FIRST CONCERT IN 1983! Great stuff. Thanks guys. This song was one of the reasons I picked up a guitar. And 8 albums later I'm still pickin' and singin'............................
This was my introduction to Wang Chung, all those years ago. This, along with Men Without Hats' Safety Dance", caught my attention for being different from the mainstream pop. But after buying WC's Points on the Curve album I was hooked.
After that, all I needed to know was that a new album was coming out and I had it Day One. And they've never - EVER - disappointed me with each new surprising blend of music.
Im a 19 year old who had the chance to be an 80s kid thanks to GTA.. one who robbed cars & smuggled cocaine... Long live classic games (--,)
