seriously guys...no platform is better than the other. get whatever you are more comfortable with. consoles are considered better for gaming because they're cheaper, easier to use, overall better experience in all aspects of gaming, which is why people like them better than pcs when it comes to gaming. btw...the xbox 360 is more powerful than most pcs on the market today. unless you have a GTX 485 or something, dont say your 500$ comp is more powerful than a console.

Why do you need to pay 99$ dolars for packs when 90% of the games inside you can download without paying absolutly anything? i mean 20 $ for plants and zombies? i played that game for free.. few months back..

@TH3Z3R0H0UR, well the extra disk space doesn't mean much when its slower reading blue ray, meaning they usually place several copies of the same file to reduce loading time. so it evens out with duel layer discs. not a big difference disk wise between xbox and 360.
i just find the lack of Anisotropic filtering and digital saturation to make the visuals quite unappealing on the ps3.

This is the least thought out "gift guide" you guys made. You just took three of the many game packs that are very good deals, and threw them into a video. Also, the 3-D vision thing is not worth $200, IMO.
If you have an Nvidia videocard, you can always use the anaglyphic 3D instead of the Stereoscopic 3D. It's free, if you already have an Nvidia card (That's not taking into account the red/cyan glasses).

Ohh that last item, the 3d kit. You forgot something really important to get the full 3d effect from the kit. You need a special monitor and currently only Samsung and Viewsonic have produced one monitor each for the steroscope(that's what they are calling it) 3d kit that you suggested.

I never use the car, my best map is stil water science, usually just ak-ing the noobs down then shottying, camping the rpg, then going up the stairs and if someone comes up I just pipebomb them or rpg them, then i take the sniper and pin people off

Oblivion is brilliant, but make sure you buy it on PC.... its still alright on consoles, but with mods, patches, more mods, cheats, and lots of mods, it makes the game waaay more fun and at the very least quadruples the replayability

@Ringtail23 Have you even READ the specifications of one? It may have three cores but they are terrible ones with only 1mb of L3 cache.
Halo Reach looks about as good as a 2007 game at decent graphics, and those are the preview, prerended graphics.

I would strongly recommend the 3d Nvision to anyone. It's not like the 3d glasses at a movie cinema. You don't ever see 2 images.

Definitely worth a buy. I got Game of year for 20 quid and it took me near 2 years to complete everything.

Oblivion is brilliant, but make sure you buy it on PC.... its still alright on consoles, but with mods, patches, more mods, cheats, and lots of mods, it makes the game waaay more fun and at the very least quadruples the replayability
