I'm sad to say I know little of Spanish music. And this song is the reason for my sadness. Spanish music is so beautiful! And of course sung by a native, it is perfected. This is wonderful. I hope to sing this some day.  Brava Montserrat, but BRAVO Obradors. Incredible.

I heard her just two years after this and thought how great she was in concert especially where she could use and float the piano she had more even then in opera but like her most anything lyric, not so much in Chenier.
