It's "Hear those Crocodiles ticking round the world.", not "clocks and dials" It's in the official lyrics on the band's website, as well as in Chris' handwritten lyrics in the limited, pop-up edition of Mylo Xyloto, along with a little crocodile hand-drawn by Chris, so case closed.
